With the release of Samsung Galaxy S10 range, Samsung took a step forward to add an “affordable” model to its flagship Samsung Galaxy S lineup. The Samsung Galaxy S10 range comprises S10, S10+, S10+e, S105G models which are yet to be released within this year.
Surprisingly Samsung hasn’t included much surprises in store for the S10 lineup in comparison to the last year’s range. Yet there are few significant upgrades even though the design remains similar.

Design
The new Samsung Galaxy S10 comes in Prism White, Prism Black, Prism Green and Prism Blue colors with a 149.9 x 70.4 x 7.8 dimension.
Display
The S10 comprises a full flat, a near bezel- less, full- frontal, infinity – O screen large enough to displace the front camera. It also adopts Samsung’s new “Dynamic” AMOLED technology which the offers “cinema – grade” color, minimal blue light emission and improved outdoor visibility. The S10 also features a screen embedded ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Camera
Samsung Galaxy S10 features an ultra-wide triple – lens rear camera that takes extra wide pictures. There is a triple camera option which consist of a 12MP telephoto camera,12MP wide angle camera and a 16MP ultra wide camera.
The Scene Optimizer supports 30 camera modes including Food, Face, Baby, Person etc. The Flaw detection works the best when there are 3 or fewer people in the lens. Lens smudge and gets notified every 24 hours along with the backlighting detection works when HDR is turned off. Super slow-mo, Hyper lapse, Live focus with Bokeh effect are few other intelligent features that the S10 camera possess.
Moreover, the “Super steady video” feature is inclusive in the Galaxy S10 camera which supports flawless steady videos.
Performance
The 3400mAh battery supports improved wireless charging along with fast charging option compatible on both Wired and Wireless. Wireless PowerShare is yet another added feature to S10.
There is an 8GB RAM with a 128GB internal storage with an expandable SIM and a Memory card.
Based on test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes but is not advised for beach or pool use.
Along with the Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a pressure sensor, an accelerometer, a barometer, a gyro sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, a hall sensor and an HR sensor (Galaxy S10 and S10+) Proximity sensor RGB Light sensor is inclusive in the S10.
